Why we work this way
Most facilities do not have an equipment problem — they have a measurement problem, and the equipment problem sits downstream of it — once you can see consumption per load and per hour, and see heat where it should not be, the list of things worth doing becomes short and specific
A meaningful share of the savings we find need no purchase — they are setpoints, schedules, control logic, insulation and door seals — we would rather give you six free corrections than a quotation for a new chiller
