02 · Thermal imaging survey

A high-resolution infrared survey of insulation, panels and cold lines.

Heat is the receipt for wasted energy. A calibrated thermal camera shows failing insulation, refrigerant line losses, air infiltration at doors, and electrical connections running hot long before they fail.

Refrigeration plant is usually commissioned once and never revisited. Setpoints drift, controls fight each other, and compressors short-cycle. Correcting the settings costs nothing in hardware and shows up on the next bill.
