What we believe
Most facilities do not have an equipment problem. They have a measurement problem, and the equipment problem is downstream of it. Once you can see consumption per load, per hour, and see heat where it should not be, the list of things worth doing becomes short and specific.
A meaningful share of the savings we find need no purchase at all. They are setpoints, schedules, control logic, insulation and door seals. We would rather hand you a list of six free corrections than a quotation for a new chiller.
